Regularity

Absence from the school without leave is not tolerable except incidents caused by student illness or unforeseen circumstances.
Leave of absence will not be given without a previous written application from the parents/guardian stating the reasons which must be deserving one. Such reasons like birthday, excursions, festivals, visit to native place, urgent business, time to study for examination etc. are not considered sufficient. Any child with attendance less than 80% of the academic days, will not be allowed to sit for the final examination.
Those who are absent and late comers must show their class teacher, their regularity record, duly countersigned by the class teacher.
A leave granted must be recorded in the Regularity Record under leave.
